“Empathy has no script. It's simply listening, holding space, withholding judgment - and saying: "You are not alone.".”
— BRENÉ BROWN
About me
ADHD coaching found me as much as I found it - shaped equally by years of professional experience and by life itself.
With over 25 years of experience teaching across grammar and senior secondary education, and a decade in the private sector, I have learned that the most important thing you can offer another person is a space where they feel truly seen, understood, and safe to be themselves.
Having lived alongside neurodivergence closely, I understand its textures, its gifts, and its very real challenges. That understanding - both professional and deeply human - sits at the heart of everything I do. I believe meaningful support must fit the individual, not the other way around.
At the core of my coaching is helping clients understand the way their unique brain works - building strategies and systems that are genuinely interesting and relevant to who they are.
Having focused particularly on senior secondary school students over the past three years, I now work with a wider range of adolescents, young adults, parents, and families. My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental, and collaborative. I offer coaching in English, German, Swiss-German, and Italian.
You are warmly welcome to book a free Meet & Greet - a relaxed introduction with no pressure or obligation whatsoever.
